MEN OFTEN WAIT UNTIL THE LAST MOMENT TO FEEL MOTIVATED TO CHANGE.
It is not until illness sets in, a job disappears, a partner has an affair, money runs out, or a habit becomes an addiction that they realize the need to act. It is only when they feel the raw destruction of life, when they are stripped of their emotional armor, that many
START PAYING ATTENTION

Like many, I reached a point where my satisfaction was completely tied to work, in my case, to the intense pressure of the kitchen, a highly competitive and predominantly male environment.
Unable to face the weight of expectations and structures that I was surrounded with, everything seemed heavy and suffering , until the only option left was to confront everything I had been resisting. In doing so, I discovered that resistance is the gateway to a new level of life.
With the purpose of promoting growth and discovery, now as a therapist, my focus is to help other men uncover the layers of socially ingrained behaviours and conditioning. The work is directed at healing the relationship you have with yourself and with others, empowering as you yearn for clarity, confidence and connection.
The guidance aims to help each individual to rediscover the power of living with purpose, fully connected to your heart and essence, transforming your life and allowing you to embody your uniqueness.
Masculinity is strengthened through challenge, and there is no greater challenge or more significant blessing than starting over with a completely new perspective on life's infinite possibilities.
MISSION
Helping men reconnect with their authenticity, explore their vulnerabilities, and develop a masculinity guided by heart and integrity.
Creating a therapeutic space where they can integrate their shadow, heal wounds, and transform their lives to positively impact their communities and society.
VALUES
Authenticity, courage, integrity and commitment to continuous growth. It values an approach that allows people to be honest with their experiences, opening space for self-knowledge and healing.
Basho's phrase (“I do not walk the path of the ancients, I seek what they sought”) reflects this fundamental value: instead of blindly adhering to old patterns, we seek what is most essential and true to us.
PURPOSE
To guide men through a process of deep self-knowledge, where there is room for both strength and vulnerability – for the drive to grow and the permission to rest.
The goal is for each man to learn to embrace his flaws and allow himself to be human in all his complexity, in a real empowerment that does not require perfection, but authenticity. In this way, he can live an integrated life, with meaning and genuine connection, positively impacting himself and those around him.
HOW I WORK
I believe that the world’s struggles are deeply rooted in wounded masculinity (and femininity). In a society that condemns authentic male expression on the one hand, but perpetuates this wound on the other, many feel confused and uncertain about what is expected of them. The lines between what is expected, what is desired, and what is acceptable have become blurred, leaving many men emotionally malnourished while their lives become increasingly burdensome.
In a time of great change, as the old paradigm is falling apart, our families, communities, and society as a whole are yearning for men who live integrated lives, guided by their hearts, and connected to their essence. Men who can embrace their vulnerability while demonstrating the strength, courage, and integrity needed to stand up for what is right and what they believe in.
For those seeking to delve deeper into the experience of aligning with their highest potential, I offer individual therapy and mentoring sessions. This is the most intimate way to work together, resulting in a comprehensive process that requires a significant investment of time and commitment.
Each process is customised to your needs, with a minimum commitment of three months. Sessions can explore topics such as archetypal psychology, shadow work, relationship dynamics, healing masculinity and femininity, spiritual awakening, purpose, intergenerational trauma, sexual empowerment, rites of passage, and more.
