In the End, Tears Come

Crying is allowing oneself to accept the end.

The end of a story, a relationship, a life.

By refusing to cry under the illusion that everything endures, pain will always pursue you, punish you, and bring you to your knees.

For the end is imperative, and in admitting it, you embrace communion with humanity—it is to be part of something, to be humble before existence. For existence, no matter how eternal it may seem, always reaches its end.

Accepting the end is difficult, yes, for who wants to accept that death is part of life?

That is why today I cry for my lived loves, for lost possibilities.I cry for my mother and my father.I cry for myself and for you.

With no guilt in my eyes, for we are human, after all. And we only err by refusing to cry when tears come, for crying is to accept the force of nature.

Crying destroys pride and arrogance. It dissolves all sorrows.

And when they say that men do not cry, they do not see the man, but rather an empty being, devoid of soul.

For only those who accept the end are truly alive.

So, I accept the end.

The end of the morning,

The end of the afternoon,

The falling of the night,

The end of life.

For, in the end, pain is but an old companion of life, always carrying us back to the light.
